We Can't Help Everyone. But Everyone Can Help Someone.
Kind Footprint

Founded in a Crisis. Built to Last.

During COVID-19, Kind Footprint delivered 350,000 meals to displaced families in Medellín. Six years later, we connect international donors with the most efficient grassroots humanitarian programs in Colombia vetted, monitored, and transparent.

In These Communities, We Are
the Only Emergency Option.

A cluster of densely packed, multi-story houses with exposed brick and concrete walls, some laundry hanging outside, forms a hillside community with a kind footprint on the landscape.

Why Medellín, Colombia

Where Your Dollar Saves the Most Lives Per Dollar Spent

We chose Medellín because it is one of the only places on earth where urgent, genuine humanitarian need coexists with urban infrastructure making every dollar dramatically more effective than in remote operations.

Cost efficiency medical program 2025
$2,000
Estimated cost to save one life through our emergency healthcare program paramedics, equipment, and ambulance operations combined.
Full-time paramedic (1 month)$1,000
AED / defibrillator$1,500
Ambulance supplies (3 cases)$25
Motorcycle ambulance unit$12,000
Second hand ambulance$40,000

Real Need, Without Remoteness

Colombia hosts one of the world's largest internally displaced populations. The most vulnerable communities are 20 minutes from downtown Medellín not in the Amazon. Logistics costs stay low; impact stays high.

6 Years of Curated Local Network

Our team built a network of social leaders, local foundations, and community partners over 6 years in the field. During COVID, this network enabled 350,000 meal distributions. It cannot be bought only earned

Lower Costs = More Lives Saved

The cost of operations in Colombia is a fraction of comparable programs in developed countries. That difference translates directly into lives saved per dollar as low as $2,000 per life in our medical program

Infrastructure Without the Premium

Unlike truly remote humanitarian crises, Medellín has functional roads, communications, and a medical supply chain. We execute at scale without the logistical overhead that inflates costs in remote operations.
