Basilio Soto Saa

When Basilio saw the necesities of ‘La Vereda Granizal’, he decided to leave his high school teaching job to start a local foundation. They are a bridge between the local community and humanitarian organizations that come in from outside and they run educational programs for the communities’ kids.
