José Guillermo Bolívar

Having been homeless himself at one point in his life, José Guillermo founded his foundation Aguapaneleros de la Noche. They set up a logistical system in which they pick up left over products from supermarkets and compile the products to make food packages for the ones in need. Doing so they counter food-waste and hunger at the same time.
